We do some reviews on our site of gear, accommodations and technology that we think you might find useful since, well, we found them useful. It should be mentioned that while we do employ affiliate links (we get paid a very, very small amount of money if you purchase a product after clicking through a link on our site), we hope you don’t believe that we are putting them there to mislead or cheat you.
No Paid Recommendations
We have never been paid for a review nor do we plan on doing so. We have never given a review of something we have not tried ourselves. We have not moderated our opinion for personal gain or for a corporate image. Our opinions are strictly our own and are come by honestly. We don’t recommend everything we do – just take a look at some of our hostel reviews and you’ll see that in a few places, we really messed up and would prefer that you don’t do the same.
